Job Title: Business Development Intern

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Business Development Intern to join our in-house team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in online freelancing, sales, and client outreach. The job includes writing and sending proposals on Upwork and similar platforms, following up with leads, and keeping in touch with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with potential clients and manage communications.
• Maintain and update reports on outreach, leads, and performance.
• Assist in expanding bidding activities to other freelancing platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve proposal templates.
• Write and submit high-quality, tailored proposals on Upwork.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (written & verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of Canva and ChatGPT
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web development or digital services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is Preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Upwork platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
