About Revolutic:

Revolutic is a full-cycle software development and digital solutions company specializing in mobile app development, VoIP integrations, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered business applications. With clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, we're expanding our business development operations to strengthen our global client base.

We're seeking a motivated and eager Business Development Intern to support client acquisition and growth across Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and outbound channels. This is a role for someone who is just starting their career, values learning, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Revolutic's presence on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Support lead generation, cold outreach, and relationship-building efforts with potential clients.
  • Write and tailor proposals, cover letters, and client pitches under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with bidding and follow-ups on freelance platforms to contribute toward monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help develop pricing documents and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client pipelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Participate in client calls and demos, observing and learning how to represent Revolutic's expertise.
  • Assist in analyzing outreach performance and suggest improvements based on observations.

Requirements:

  • 0–6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exposure to or basic familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development, web, mobile apps, or SaaS solutions.
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and outreach methods.
  • Confident, coachable, and comfortable engaging with people.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site and meet learning milestones and KPIs.
  • This is a full-time, dedicated position — candidates must be fully available during working hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background or coursework in digital marketing, business, IT, or client management.
  • Interest in international B2B markets (US, UK, EU, GCC).
  • Any prior internship or project experience in a sales or client-facing role.
