Responsibilities
- Research businesses and potential clients online
- Generate leads from LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and business directories
- Collect and organize business information in spreadsheets/CRM
- Identify companies that may require POS, ERP, or business software solutions
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule meetings and software demos with interested businesses
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Assist the sales team in business development activities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of business and sales concepts
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Good internet research skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
