Position: Business Development Intern

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite, Paid)
Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a driven, confident business development intern to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Freelancer.com, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in local and international markets through strategic prospecting.
- Proactively identify potential clients on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn, and similar B2B platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and new sales opportunities through consistent outreach.
- Write and submit professional, tailored proposals for web development, digital marketing, and tech projects.
- Communicate effectively with local and international clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
- Attend virtual meetings and sales calls to present company services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed defined monthly revenue, conversion, and outreach targets through effective negotiation and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline progress, closed deals, and revenue performance.
Requirements:
- Matric to Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or related fields).
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing, and business development concepts.
- Familiarity with lead generation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Ability to research potential customers and their industries to understand their needs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must possess a professional attitude and willingness to meet targets and deadlines.
- Must have your own Laptop. (Mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly stipend: PKR 10,000 – 20,000 (based on interview and knowledge set).
- Internship certificate upon successful completion.
