Business Development Intern / Associate

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Intern or Associate to join our sales and growth team. This is a night shift role focused on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential international clients, and building long-term professional relationships.

Salary: Market Competitive

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other business platforms.
• Conduct cold outreach via emails and messages to introduce our services to international clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads.
• Collaborate with the senior BD team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

• Education: BBA, MBA, or a related degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Intern role).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
• Skills: Basic understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and CRM tools.
• Attitude: Proactive, persistent, and able to handle rejections professionally.
