Business Development Intern (B2B Tech/AI) - Leading to Job

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented Sales Interns who are passionate about B2B sales, technology, AI, and international business development. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students to gain hands-on experience in global IT sales and lead generation.

Internship Overview

The Sales Intern will support the Business Development and Sales team in generating leads, conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining CRM records. The intern will gain practical exposure to B2B sales processes, AI/Tech industry trends, and international client communication.

Key Responsibilities

a. Lead Generation & Research

  • Research potential international clients through LinkedIn, Clutch, Apollo, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Identify companies that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Build and maintain prospect databases.

b. Outreach Support

  • Assist in drafting personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
  • Support email campaign execution and follow-ups.
  • Learn and assist in cold calling activities.

c. CRM Management

  • Update and maintain lead records in Odoo CRM.
  • Track outreach activities, responses, and meeting schedules.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.

d. Market Research

  • Research emerging trends in AI, SaaS, Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Cloud Services.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and target industries.

e. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing Team.
  • Assist in preparing reports and sales performance summaries.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for outreach strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business communication.
  • Confidence in speaking and writing English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and internet research.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in Technology, AI, and Software Services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
