Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Intern (BD Intern) to support our client acquisition and growth efforts. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in learning the fundamentals of business development, lead generation, and client engagement in the SaaS and tech industry.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Upwork, and Freelancer.com, while learning how to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and industries.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the lead database.
- Write professional outreach messages and email campaigns for LinkedIn and other channels.
- Support the team in preparing and delivering product demos and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Share insights and feedback from client outreach to help refine sales and communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer.com, or CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and professional messages.
Preferred Skills
- Lead generation and client research.
- Using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
- Applying for projects on Upwork or Freelancer.com.
- Basic CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Internship Structure & Compensation
- First Month: Unpaid (training and onboarding period).
- Second & Third Months: Paid (Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month based on performance).
- Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time offer.
