Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and driven freshers to join our business development team as Business Development Interns cum Full-Time, focusing on international markets (North America, Europe, and Australia). This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in international business development for our security-certified software products. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global client base while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Upon receiving leads from the marketing department, the Business Development (BD) team initiates a structured outreach process to evaluate and engage potential customers. This process includes the following steps:

  • Persona Research & Company Profiling
  • Each lead is analyzed to understand the organization’s structure, industry vertical (e.g., government, manufacturing, healthcare), and digital maturity. Special attention is given to identifying decision-makers and influencers in relevant departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Administration—especially roles like CHRO, CIO, CFO, or Program Directors involved in digital transformation or HRIS procurement.
  • Contextual Outreach & Connection Building

The BD team customizes outreach emails and LinkedIn messages, referencing specific pain points Cubic Logics addresses with its products Where appropriate, account-based marketing materials or pre-sales decks are used to initiate conversations.

  • Lead Qualification & Discovery Calls

Qualified leads are engaged via discovery calls to understand business challenges, existing systems and readiness for cloud adoption.All interactions, call summaries, and lead stages are updated in the CRM. If a lead qualifies, the BD team coordinates or schedule demo sessions, proof of concept (PoC) discussions, or initiate partner engagement if the lead came through a channel and takes towards closure.Feedback about lead quality, common objections, or emerging industries is shared with marketing to refine campaigns, personas, and content strategy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills for Europe will be a plus)
  • Basic understanding of business software and technology trends (Microsoft products knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
