Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation and market research in the IT sector.
- Support lead generation and client outreach via email, calls, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT solutions and digital services.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a team environment.
