Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern (Upwork Bidder) to support our sales and marketing team. The intern will learn how to generate leads, write proposals, and communicate with international clients through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients through chat and emails.
- Maintain daily bidding and lead reports.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with potential clients and support deal closing.
- Learn basic sales strategies and client handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or student in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer (preferred).
- Confidence in communication.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
