About the Role:
AI Academia is seeking driven Business Development Interns to support its student outreach and admissions initiatives. The role primarily involves engaging with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups from company-provided leads, assisting them with course information and contributing to overall enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to connect with prospective students and explain AI Academia’s programs and offerings.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions effectively.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and maintain accurate call records in the CRM.
- Connect and collaborate with college brand ambassadors.
- Support marketing initiatives through WhatsApp communities.
- Work consistently towards daily calls and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or graduate (any discipline); freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, persuasive and empathetic approach.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and engaging with new people daily.
- Self-disciplined, target-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and online communication tools.
- Able to commit minimum 4 months to the internship.
