Role Highlights

• Drive client acquisition and cross-border engagement
• Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and closure
• Coordinate tailored solutions with internal teams
• Represent the firm at industry and government forums
• Contribute to strategic growth, branding, and planning

Senior candidates will also lead the BD team and shape sales strategy.

Ideal Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with the following attributes:

Experience: 2–8 years in Business Development across domestic and international markets, preferably within Real Estate or Private Banking sectors, etc.

Core Competencies:

• Experience of investor relationship management from Private Banking/financial/Real-Estate sector is preferred
• Transaction management experience from Real-Estate/Industrial Investment
• Liaising experience in International Infrastructure/Contractual Projects
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of deal closure and strategic client engagement
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of business development efforts
• Car ownership and a valid driving license are preferred to support mobility
• Freelancers with a strong business acumen and a passion for client acquisition are welcome to apply

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline with post-graduation qualification such as MBA/CFA will have an advantage.

Compensation:

As per Industry Standard (Fixed Compensation + Performance Incentives + Transaction Closer bonus)
