Business Development - Landscape

Responsible to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth within the landscaping and outdoor solutions sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client management, and project coordination within the landscape, horticulture, irrigation, or construction-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor maintenance services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Generate leads through networking, site visits, market research, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project submissions and execution.
  • Follow up on tenders, inquiries, and ongoing projects to secure contracts and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the landscape, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of landscaping works, irrigation systems, plants, and outdoor projects is preferred.
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
