First Sol is a premium web and mobile app development agency delivering high-quality solutions using React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native. We work primarily with international (US-focused) clients and are scaling aggressively.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Lead who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying opportunities, closing deals, and leading a small BD team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking
• Create customized proposals and pitch decks
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with premium clients
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and delivery teams
• Train and mentor junior BDs as the team grows
• Share weekly reports on KPIs, leads, and revenue

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in Business Development (software/web/mobile preferred)
• Strong understanding of US & European markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct client proposals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
• Self-driven mindset with startup experience
