Job Purpose

Al Manbaa Healthcare is looking for a Business Development Lead who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships for the healthcare and home care nursing business. The role focuses on client acquisition, hospital and corporate tie-ups, patient referrals, home healthcare service expansion, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.

· Identify new business opportunities in home healthcare, nursing care, elderly care, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management services.

· Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

· Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, corporate organizations, and medical professionals.

· Establish referral networks and strategic partnerships.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare demands.

· Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

5–8 years of business development or sales experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospital services, or insurance healthcare networks. UAE experience is mandatory.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of DHA/DOH/MOH healthcare regulations

Employment Contract Details

This position is initially offered as a 3-month contract role. Based on individual performance, achievement of business targets, and organizational requirements, the role will be converted into a permanent position.
