Job Title: Office Lead Generator / Meeting Acquisition Specialist

Location: Dubai office

Reports to: Senior Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, persuasive, and motivated Lead Generator / Meeting Acquisition Specialist within the Exhibitions and Events Industry to support our senior sales executives in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a refined communication style, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage decision-makers across industries to secure qualified meetings and partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and relationship-building, ensuring our senior team’s calendars are filled with valuable, well-qualified meetings that convert into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify new leads across target sectors and geographies.
  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the company’s offerings and secure high-value meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects, contacts, and meeting outcomes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant materials and briefing notes are prepared for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content.
  • Track and report key metrics, including meeting acquisition rates, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional, polished brand tone in all external communications, representing the company’s values and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B business development (preferably in a high-end or professional services environment).
  • Proven success in reaching out to senior decision-makers and securing qualified meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
