Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Development Lead to drive growth in our H-2B visa program practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a builder environment—someone who can both execute and shape strategy. You will own the full business development function, from pipeline generation to closing, while also overseeing one Sales & Intake Specialist to ensure efficient lead management and client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the business development strategy for H-2B client growth
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in industries reliant on seasonal, non-agricultural labor
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and position KW Immigration Law as a trusted workforce partner
- Educate employers on H-2B visa program benefits, timelines, cap considerations, and compliance requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and referrals
- Supervise and support one Sales & Intake Specialist, ensuring timely follow-up and effective intake processes
- Provide coaching and structure to improve lead conversion and client experience
- Collaborate with legal and case management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts, and refine processes for scalability
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (legal services, staffing, or HR solutions preferred)
- Proven ability to both build pipeline and close deals independently
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Lawmatics, Clio, or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and conducting persuasive negotiations.
- Solid understanding of project management principles to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
