Our Nicholas Howard MENA office is excited to be working with an internationally respected consultancy in recruiting an experienced Business Development Lead to drive market growth across Saudi Arabia.

This is a high-impact strategic role focused on expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and securing major opportunities across the Architecture, Engineering and Consultancy (AEC) sector.

Based in Riyadh, the position works closely with senior leadership and technical teams to position the organisation for major projects and long-term growth across the Emirate.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in identifying and converting strategic opportunities, building strong relationships with influential stakeholders, and helping shape the organisation's commercial strategy in one of the region's most dynamic markets.

The role requires a commercially astute, relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of the KSA development landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities across KSA
  • Build and maintain relationships with government entities, master developers, asset owners and private sector clients
  • Develop and leverage a strong network of industry influencers and decision-makers
  • Provide market intelligence and sector insights to inform strategic growth decisions
  • Support bid positioning, pursuit strategies and proposal development
  • Lead client presentations and engagement initiatives
  • Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities within the AEC ecosystem
  • Work closely with leadership to strengthen the firm's market presence and brand visibility
About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A strong network across the KSA development and AEC ecosystem
  • Experience engaging with government, semi-government and major developers
  • A proven track record in business development, client engagement and opportunity conversion
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
