Role OverviewLead and drive business development for PMO / PMC / Digital PMO services across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, securing high-value consultancy mandates and positioning SJ as a trusted strategic partner within major programmes and giga-project ecosystems. Role PurposeTo originate, develop, and secure high-value PMO / PMC / Digital PMO mandates by leveraging: Strong executive-level client relationships Deep understanding of project and programme management frameworks Solid knowledge of Digital PMO platforms and programme controls ecosystemsThis role requires a commercially driven leader capable of engaging at C-level while demonstrating technical credibility in programme governance, PMISenvironments, and delivery risk management. Key Responsibilities Identify, originate, and convert new PMO / PMC opportunities across KSA and GCC Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government entities, developers, and major clients Position Digital PMO and programme controls capabilities strategically within target accounts Lead proposal strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations Support market shaping and early-stage opportunity positioning Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and credible solution offerings Secure multi-million USD consultancy mandates Key Qualifications & Experience 10-15 years' experience within GCC construction / infrastructure sector Proven business development track record in: + PMO + PMC + Programme Controls + Infrastructure advisory Strong project or programme management background (client-side or delivery-side PMO) Demonstrated understanding of Digital PMO / PMIS systems Executive-level client relationships in Saudi Arabia Experience securing multi-million USD consultancy mandates Fluent English (verbal & written) Why Join SJPlay a strategic role in shaping PMO excellence across Saudi Arabia's most ambitious infrastructure programmes while working within a globally recognised, multidisciplinary consultancy.All recruitment activities are managed by our Talent Acquisition team.
