About the role
We’re a presentation/slide design studio serving global clients across the US, UK, EU, and Middle East, consultancies, founders pitching investors, agencies, family offices, government-linked entities, and corporate teams. We’re hiring a BD person to grow our pipeline through real prospecting. If your playbook is mass cold emails or LinkedIn copy-paste templates, this isn’t for you.
This is a target-driven role. You will have monthly and quarterly KPIs; meetings booked, qualified opportunities, revenue closed. Performance is measured in numbers, not effort.
What you’ll own:
- Define our ICP for direct clients, agency partners, and white-label/outsourced work across Western and GCC markets
- Run personalized, multi-channel outreach — email + LinkedIn + calls where it makes sense
- Adapt tone and approach by region (US/UK is direct, Middle East is relationship-driven — you should know the difference)
- Use signals (funding rounds, hiring spikes, IPOs, Vision 2030 / NEOM / Expo-related contracts, rebrands, leadership changes, conference circuits) to reach out with context, not noise
- Build and maintain a real pipeline in a CRM with weekly reporting against targets
- Hit monthly meeting and revenue quotas
You must have:
- Documented B2B outbound experience selling to US / UK / EU / GCC buyers (we will ask for specifics and proof)
- Hands-on use of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Native-level written English (Arabic is a strong plus for Middle East outreach)
- Ability to research a prospect in 5 minutes and write a message they’ll actually read
- Comfort working against hard targets — and the track record to prove you’ve hit them before
Bonus:
- Existing network in GCC agencies, consultancies, family offices, or government-linked entities
- Experience selling design / creative / consulting services to Saudi, UAE, or Qatari clients
- A real example of a personalized cold email that got a reply (you’ll send it)
Compensation: Base + uncapped commission tied directly to targets. Final structure depends on experience and the numbers you can show.
