About the Role

We are building a next-generation consumer crypto product and are looking for a Web3-native Business Development Executive to drive ecosystem partnerships and organic market presence.

This role goes beyond traditional BD. It combines strategic partnerships, community engagement, narrative awareness, and hands-on execution across Web3 ecosystems. You will work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to turn conversations, integrations, and narratives into real distribution.

This is not a corporate sales role. It is designed for operators who already live in Web3 culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard partners across DeFi, wallets, payments, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Pitch integrations, co-marketing initiatives, and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, BD leads, and community managers.

2. Ecosystem & Community Engagement

  • Maintain an active presence across Crypto Twitter (X) and Telegram.
  • Participate in discussions, Twitter Spaces, and relevant community channels to increase organic visibility.
  • Identify early-stage projects, emerging narratives, and potential partners.

3. Product-Integrated Business Development

  • Understand on-chain workflows, wallets, token mechanics, and payment flows.
  • Translate partner requirements into actionable integration or collaboration plans.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to execute partnerships end-to-end.

4. Pipeline & Outreach Management

  • Own BD outreach including cold DMs, warm introductions, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and track progress against weekly KPIs.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem updates.

Required Skills & ExperienceWeb3 Experience

  • Strong understanding of tokens, wallets, blockchain ecosystems, and DeFi fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Web3 community culture, narratives, and on-chain behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with Crypto Twitter and Telegram communities.

Business Development & Communication

  • Proven ability to initiate and close partnerships or collaborations.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for DMs, pitches, and partner discussions.
  • Comfortable representing a product publicly within Web3 communities.

Execution & Mindset

  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Able to manage multiple conversations, deals, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to spot trends early.
