About the Role

We are expanding our outreach and relationship-building function as we continue to grow our presence across JD Edwards, SAP, and NetSuite customer ecosystems. We already have an established customer base, ongoing engagements, and active conversations in the market.

You will be working directly with our Product Strategy Lead (who currently leads and executes these outreach and relationship development activities). Your role is to help scale what is already working - reaching more organizations, nurturing more conversations, and helping further position our low-code/no-code platform SWIFT in new and existing markets.

This role is about strategic communication and professional relationship-building, not aggressive selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with professionals across enterprise IT, operations, and business teams through LinkedIn and targeted channels.
  • Support and collaborate with the Product Strategy Lead in managing ongoing outreach initiatives.
  • Initiate value-based conversations to understand workflows, challenges, and transformation goals.
  • Present the high-level value and impact of the SWIFT platform (training and guidance will be provided).
  • Qualify interest and coordinate next steps - including workshops, discovery conversations, and demos.
  • Maintain outreach organization, follow-up cadence, and conversation notes.
  • Share insights from customer interactions to help refine messaging and strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong English verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in business development, customer engagement, account coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Confident communicator who can hold thoughtful, professional conversations.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for networking and outreach (Sales Navigator is a plus).
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups.
  • Self-driven and collaborative - works well with direction but doesn’t require handholding.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Background or familiarity with ERP environments (JD Edwards, SAP, or NetSuite).
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms or digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with and report directly to the Product Strategy Lead, who already owns and runs our outreach engine. You’ll be supported, guided, and trained where needed - but also given the space to take ownership, contribute ideas, and help shape how we scale.
