JOB DESCRIPTION (HYDERABAD):

Job Description:

• Create product user manuals, admin guide, training manuals, and help files.
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Edit, proofread, and improve content.
• Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence.
• Create content for websites, digital media, or product descriptions.
• Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential.
• Specialized in creating relevant content for websites. Domain expertise on HCM and logistics.

Requirements:

• 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing.
• Proven work experience as a content/technical writer.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other content management software.
• Understanding of web publishing requirements.
• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
• MBA in marketing, journalism, or a relevant field.
