We have an opening for the position of Business Development Manager – Middle East (Riyadh)

Core Expertise: Proven track record in closing high-value deals in global ERP sales, such as IFS, Microsoft, Infor, Epicor, Ramco, SAGE, Oracle and SAP.


Job Description


  • Responsible for achieving annual sales target and market development in Saudi for IFS ERP
  • Continually align business strategy toward achieving vision for segment
  • Responsible for direct sales of Envecon Group Products solutions and other related Services
  • Plan & execute sales activities in region, expand footprint in compete customers, upsell, cross-sell and retain existing business.
  • Focus on de-risking funnel through 10X pipeline
  • Expand business through alliance and partner network across regions
  • Continual upskilling


Key Expertise / Skills


  • Over 10+ years in IT/ITES sales in Saudi Arabia, including a minimum of 3+ years specifically in ERP sales.
  • Should have the ability to nurture develop Enterprise accounts for business.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Should have Knowledge of Competitors ERP product & High-level product features pricing.


Behavioural Skills


  • Proven success in sales with a proactive, go-getter mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses strong business acumen and delivers impactful, persuasive presentations.
