Business Development Manager

  • Strategy Development:Creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
  • Campaign Management:Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Content Creation:Overseeing the creation of marketing content, such as website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Market Research:Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring the marketing team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and cohesive brand messaging.
  • Budget Management:Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenditures.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Relationship Building:Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and other strategic partners.
  • Reporting:Preparing and presenting reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
