We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive business growth by building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in transport and workshop services.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and workshop teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the transport, logistics, or automotive workshop sector.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage.
