The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of understanding products and translating that knowledge into commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify and secure clients in the hotel and resort sector across Qatar,

Build relationships with procurement managers, housekeeping departments, and purchasing directors.

Present product offerings clearly across both premium and economical categories.

Respond to RFPs and manage tender submissions.

Maintain a strong pipeline and close deals with a solution-based approach.

Build a simple digital catalog (PDF or website) that you can send to procurement officers.
Operations & Procurement

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for consumables.

Manage import processes, supplier contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate warehousing, inventory control, and delivery logistics (outsourced or internal).

Ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
Start-Up Execution & Strategy

Work directly with the founder to build a scalable internal process.

Develop product lists, pricing structures, and margin strategies.

Set up and maintain documentation, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Contribute ideas for digital sales, catalog creation, and packaging strategies.
Qualifications & Skills

5+ years in B2B sales, procurement, or operations in the hotel supplies, hospitality, or FMCG sectors (Qatar or GCC experience required).

Strong knowledge of hotel procurement workflows and decision-making chains

Confident negotiator with suppliers and clients.

Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently without layers of management.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
