Job Description: Business Development Manager – MEP Construction

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in MEP construction to lead strategic growth initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction industry, deep understanding of MEP systems, and a proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP construction across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape strategic plans.
• Collaborate with estimating and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
• Monitor project pipeline and conversion rates, reporting to senior management.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of business development experience in MEP construction within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
• LEED or other sustainability-related credentials (a plus)

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
