Business Development Manager

Are you a results-driven professional with a proven track record in Advertising & Printing, having Management Skills? We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to aggressively grow our client base and drive new revenue streams.

The Role: Your Mission

Your primary goal is to generate new business, secure major contracts, and build lasting relationships that contribute directly to the company's growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven, successful Business Development experience within the UAE market. Experience in the Advertising, Printing, or General Management/B2B Services industries is essential.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a reliable vehicle. This is a client-facing role requiring regular travel across the Emirates.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for professional communication. Basic communication skills in Arabic are required to effectively engage with a diverse clientele, particularly in the government and public sectors.

Skills:

  • Demonstrable ability to exceed sales targets and manage a high-value pipeline.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to research, qualify, and penetrate new markets and accounts.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate and government accounts through strategic outreach, networking, and cold calls.
  • Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking opportunities and forecasting revenue.
  • Relationship Building:Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the optimal solution.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and professional proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and market shifts to inform business development strategies.
