Business Development Manager - Professional Solutions & PNY GeForce – Egypt


Location: Cairo – Home Office


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description:


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take charge of business development in Egypt in the IT components, GPU and servers sector and ensure that the company's objectives are met. A key objective is to establish quality customer communications that will enable PNY to be the preferred supplier to specialist sales channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for key accounts (major retailers, wholesalers, integrators, key accounts, etc.), managing and developing a portfolio of strategic customers and driving growth in sales volumes,
  • Develop, coordinate and carry out the sales management of key customer accounts, including sales targets, promotional programmes and sales strategy,
  • Present and promote all product families, ensuring that PNY products are representative,
  • Continuously monitor the competition,
  • Negotiate the annual partnership contract with customers,
  • Define, negotiate and manage communication plans with customers,
  • Analyse and report on technological innovations, promotional actions and any developments observed in this market segment,
  • Travel to visit your customers and take part in meetings and trade shows (around 50% of the time).


Qualities and Skills Required:


  • Strong background in creating and executing channel sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue. Ability to develop trust-based relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Skilled at managing multiple accounts and driving long-term business growth through channel engagement.
  • Results-driven, with an analytical approach to tracking and optimizing channel performance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex product features to non-technical partners.
  • Ideally solid understanding of GPU technology, specifically NVIDIA’s GeForce and professional graphics cards.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales platforms to track and report on performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business , Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in tech sales, IT infrastructure, Software’s, Hardware’s
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving sales in the Egypt’s SME, government, and enterprise sectors.
  • Background and initial understanding of AI technologies, hardware solutions, and Edge AI systems Prefered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and trade shows.
