The Business Development Manager will drive the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building B2B and B2C client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence across the UAE. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, results-driven professional eager to build a sales pipeline from the ground up, with significant impact on company trajectory.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target segments: building contractors, interior design firms, homeowners, and small businesses.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies (digital, networking, referrals).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations, tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine service offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in technical services, construction, or building maintenance sectors in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai/UAE market and customer segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
