We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of advertising and digital marketing services, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Pitch company services—including branding, creative campaigns, media planning, and digital marketing—to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business leads.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account management teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales reports to management.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in an advertising, digital marketing, or media agency).
- Strong understanding of advertising services and digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and propose creative, results-driven solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
- Having existing industry contacts or client networks.
