We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in IT sales, specifically in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence in the Middle East.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients for IT solutions, focusing on Contact Center Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiations: Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
