Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We at IIQAF are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving successful health insurance initiatives. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics to expand our reach in the health insurance industry and increase partnerships with healthcare providers. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and goals

Identify and evaluate opportunities with healthcare providers to increase partnerships and grow our health insurance market

Identify new business opportunities, such as partnerships, joint-ventures, etc.

Model and analyze data to provide insights into potential cost reductions, revenue increases, and cost/benefit analysis

Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with healthcare providers

Communicate with agents and brokers to maintain strong relationships

Monitor and analyze current health insurance trends, markets, and competition

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the health insurance industry

Qualifications:

3 years experience in the health insurance industry, with a broad understanding of the industry, key players, and current trends

Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet key business objectives

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to think strategically and analyze data

An understanding of legal and regulatory issues in the industry

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve results

Bachelor s degree in business or related field
