Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, interior design, and renovation projects.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and align them with company capabilities and services.
- Follow up on ongoing leads, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and long-term client retention.
Market Strategy & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.
- Maintain an updated CRM or lead-tracking system for all business activities.
- Provide weekly reports on business development performance and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong network of contacts with consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and project acquisitions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Employment Details
- Probation: 6 months (as per UAE Labor Law)
