Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales for our B2B digital media platform (B2B Portal). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online advertising, digital listings, and directory services with a proven ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and close deals with SMEs and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and onboard new business clients to list on the B2B portal.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
Promote premium listings, banner ads, lead generation packages, and other digital media services.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and industry events.
Conduct presentations and product demos for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, content) to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, or online media.
Familiarity with online directories.
Valid UAE driving license and own car are required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with SMEs, local businesses, or regional enterprises.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
