Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop and present proposals, pricing models, and partnership options
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Track sales pipelines and deliver regular performance reports
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
