Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and present proposals, pricing models, and partnership options
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Track sales pipelines and deliver regular performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
