Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new admissions and grow the business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Work closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field.
  • Prior sales/marketing experience (edtech sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational & computer skills.
