Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team on a salary plus commission basis. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on achieving targets and enjoy the flexibility of working while earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for Digital Umbrella’s digital marketing services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Present and effectively communicate Digital Umbrella’s service offerings to prospects.
• Develop tailored proposals and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

• Salary plus commission: Basic Salary plus generous commission structure with no earning caps.
• Performance incentives and bonuses for achieving milestones.
