Position: Business Development Manager

Overview
Connection Middle East is a corporate services and advisory firm supporting investors and entrepreneurs across the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Corporate Service Providers (CSP) to build and manage our partnership network with free zones and government authorities in the UAE and beyond.
This role will be the focal point for all free zone and government relationships, responsible for developing partnerships, driving incorporation and renewal business, and coordinating all communication with relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Free Zone & Government Partnerships
- Develop, negotiate and maintain partnership agreements with all major free zones in the UAE, as well as relevant authorities in Oman, Bahrain, KSA and other jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary contact for Departments of Economy & Tourism (DET) and free zone authorities on all operational and commercial matters.
- Monitor updates in licensing rules, fees, regulations and processes and ensure internal teams are kept informed.
2. Corporate Services & Client Support
- Coordinate and oversee company incorporations, license renewals, amendments and cancellations across multiple free zones and mainland authorities.
- Liaise with free zones and government departments to resolve complex or escalated client cases.
- Work closely with the internal client service team to ensure smooth, timely and compliant delivery of services.
3. Business Development & Growth
- Identify new free zone products, incentives and structures that can be promoted to clients.
- Build strong working relationships with key account managers and partnership teams on the free zone side.
- Contribute to pricing, service packages and marketing content for incorporation and renewal services.
- Support management in evaluating and entering new jurisdictions outside UAE.
4. Internal Processes & Compliance
- Help design and improve internal process maps and checklists for incorporations, renewals and corporate changes.
- Ensure that all interactions with authorities are fully compliant with local laws, AML / KYC rules and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM, database of contacts, conditions, fees and timelines for each free zone and jurisdiction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), law firm, or consulting firm dealing with company setup and corporate services in the UAE.
- Strong practical understanding of UAE free zones and/or mainland company formation, license renewals, and corporate changes.
- Experience working directly with free zone authorities, DET / economic departments, or similar regulators.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills; ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written); additional languages (Arabic or others) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally to Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and other countries as needed.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
