The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities within Dahua’s key verticals (Smart City, Education, Transportation, Industrial, and Commercial). The position aims to expand Dahua’s project pipeline, ensure execution quality, and achieve sales targets under the project division.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities within Dahua’s key verticals (Smart City, Education, Transportation, Industrial, and Commercial). The position aims to expand Dahua’s project pipeline, ensure execution quality, and achieve sales targets under the project division.



Responsibilities



Project Development & Management

  • Identify and develop project opportunities through continuous customer engagement, consultant relations, and regional visits.
  • Register and track projects in the internal GSP system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare and submit project quotations, tender documents, and technical proposals in collaboration with presales and technical teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure completion within schedule and budget.


Customer & Consultant Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with integrators, consultants, and end users.
  • Organize regular business meetings, presentations, and workshops to promote Dahua’s solutions.
  • Ensure key customer satisfaction and continuous business growth in assigned regions.


Vertical Market Development

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor movements, and funding opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of industry insight reports and contribute to market strategy adjustment.
  • Drive business expansion in focus verticals: Smart City, Education, Transportation, and Retail.


Brand & Marketing Cooperation

  • Coordinate with marketing to support local exhibitions, seminars, and brand promotion events.
  • Prepare success cases and customer references to enhance brand influence.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in CCTV, ICT, or Smart City sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM or project management tools (experience with Dahua GSP is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a cross-functional team.
