As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing relationships with overseas clients, and executing B2B marketing strategies. Your role will involve market analysis, proposal development, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements and contracts.
- Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Utilize market research and analytics to drive marketing strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Contact Discovery Using Online research tools (LinkedIn, Zoom Info) to retrieve contact info of the prospect.
- Generating potential leads from business directories, web searches.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, including pricing and contract terms.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and results.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on international B2B markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile clients.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and manage relationships with overseas clients.
