Business Development Manager

Fly Wing Travels is seeking a highly experienced Travel Manager / Business Development Manager to lead sales, manage travel operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE travel industry experience and proven performance in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow corporate and holiday travel bookings
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Generate leads, pitch services, and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service
• Oversee travel operations and ensure smooth client handling
• Contribute to the company’s long-term growth and strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Travel & Tourism
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international travel processes
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Experience managing corporate and leisure travel bookings
• Proven track record in achieving business growth
