We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/Software solution sales in banking and Financial Services especially in the Middle East market , excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships to success.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base in the software industry.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on progress toward goals. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Address client concerns and provide solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Negotiation & Closing Deals : Oversee the negotiation of software contracts and close deals, ensuring all terms are met and customers are satisfied.
Market Analysis : Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine strategies.
