We are expanding our high-performance sales division and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in international B2B sales and team leadership.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for candidates who are goal-oriented, skilled in closing high-value digital marketing deals, and confident in leading a team of junior sales professionals. You will play a dual role: direct revenue generation and sales team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Conduct 60–100+ outbound B2B cold calls daily to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders) in the UK/US markets
- Close 5–7+ digital marketing deals per month (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
- Customize proposals based on client KPIs and objectives
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior sales reps
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, call coaching, and pipeline reviews
- Share sales techniques and implement outbound best practices
- Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Market Strategy & CRM Management
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Position ManagingSEO as a go-to agency for enterprise-level digital solutions
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and ensure data accuracy
Preferable Qualifications:
- 3+ years of international B2B cold calling experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
- 1+ years of selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
- Proven success in closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR or above)
Skills:
- Fluent in English with neutral, UK, or US accent
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset and team-building capability

Working Hours (Monday to Friday)
