We are expanding our high-performance sales division and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in international B2B sales and team leadership.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for candidates who are goal-oriented, skilled in closing high-value digital marketing deals, and confident in leading a team of junior sales professionals. You will play a dual role: direct revenue generation and sales team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation

  • Conduct 60–100+ outbound B2B cold calls daily to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders) in the UK/US markets
  • Close 5–7+ digital marketing deals per month (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
  • Customize proposals based on client KPIs and objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior sales reps
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, call coaching, and pipeline reviews
  • Share sales techniques and implement outbound best practices
  • Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas

Market Strategy & CRM Management

  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
  • Position ManagingSEO as a go-to agency for enterprise-level digital solutions
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and ensure data accuracy

Preferable Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of international B2B cold calling experience
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
  • 1+ years of selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
  • Proven success in closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR or above)

Skills:

  • Fluent in English with neutral, UK, or US accent
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset and team-building capability

Working Hours (Monday to Friday)

  • UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
