Job Title: Business Development Executive

Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resilient, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth. This role involves acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, expanding staff by sourcing ideal candidates, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and feedback tracking. The candidate will also provide training/support to new employees when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Sell E-commerce Marketplace Subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new client relationships.
  • Present products/services and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Build long-term strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue goals.

Lead Management

  • Use networking, online research, calls, emails, and messages to generate leads.
  • Follow up consistently on potential clients and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel for smooth functioning.

Recruitment & Team Growth

  • Increase staff strength by sourcing & screening ideal candidates for internal roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and provide basic training or mentorship when required.

Client Coordination & Feedback

  • Track client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
