Business Development Manager

Position Title: Business Development Manager

Technaptix is looking for a dynamic and organized Business Development Manager to join our growing AI solutions company. The ideal candidate will drive business development initiatives while coordinating across sales, deployment, and marketing teams, managing content, and supporting overall operations to ensure smooth execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnership avenues.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
• Maintain CRM entries, client communication logs, and opportunity records.
• Act as a central coordination point between deployment, development, and sales teams.
• Schedule and manage internal and client meetings, including reminders and follow-ups.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action trackers, and weekly reports.
• Create and manage LinkedIn content for company and leadership profiles.
• Coordinate with designers or vendors to develop marketing materials and visuals.
• Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, and brand awareness activities.
• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, and follow-up trackers.
• Provide operational and administrative support to leadership for smooth workflows.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, coordination, project management, or administrative roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to draft professional Emails, Proposals, and MoMs.
• Experience with Canva or working with designers is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
