We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic company that is at the forefront of the industry.

As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer acquisition and retention strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services. You will provide information about our offerings, answer any questions, and handle objections to secure sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and updating our customer database.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Developing goals for sales team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Make outbound/cold calls and e-mails to potential customers to generate leads and secure sales
  • Provide information about our products and services to potential customers
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Able to understand the business of customer according to that they can scot the customer and generate leads too.

Requirement & Qualification

  • Any graduate, preferably MBA
  • Having proven knowledge of 3+ years
  • Good command over English and Hindi language is preferred
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex task and handle multiple tasks
  • Communication and negotiation skill
  • This position will also requires traveling / Client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
