SILICA Institute conducts high quality classroom coaching programs for NID, NIFT, NATA, CEED and UCEED from 25 centres in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Nashik & Aurangabad.

Oversee lead generation, management, tele-calling, and conversion management. Provide direction to the team and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure that the overall target of the team is met on time. Create the team's structure and staff reporting mechanisms, as well as oversee their function. Provide sales training to new employees. Maintain and update the Sales CRM. Prepare sales report with relevant metric. Any other admission related activities as directed by supervisor. Outreach Role: Strategic planning and implementation of admissions outreach in line with larger goals of the institution. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and seminars as a representative of the college. Form and nurture new alliances with external consultants and other relevant stakeholders in order to promote the institute and develop strategic plans for attracting highly qualified students. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to plan promotional materials and events such as brochures, webinars, campus tours, etc. Required Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in India or abroad. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required (Preferably in Education industry). Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong command of the language. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.

Location:Mumbai: Navi Mumbai, Central Mumbai and Kalyan.

  • Generating Leads
  • Strategizing various In-School / After-School activities for revenue generation
  • Giving Demo/conducting Workshops
  • Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts)
  • Maintaining and reporting the school’s status on daily basis
  • Pre and Post visit reporting to the lined manager
  • Assigned School’s data collation
  • Data calling after visit and marketing activities
  • Maintain strong After Sale Relations with the customers
  • Customer’s Profiling (Maintaining the Key Person’s Blue Book)
  • Counseling potential students during outreach and building and maintaining a good relationship with them
  • Maintaining a database of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational qualification, profession.
  • Creating a database of educational institutions in and around Mumbai and conducting campaigns to reach out to potential candidates
  • Performing counseling and career Guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
