Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the recruitment industry. The candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience and be capable of generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business agreements.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) and maintain regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
